This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

I have or 30 years in IT, and over 20 in IT Security. During that time I have either performed phone screens on prospective candidates, or been the hiring manager, as I am in my current capacity. I have reviewed hundreds of resumes and developed a keen eye as to what can make or break a a candidate's chances of scoring that first interview.
