This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.
Your mentor
I have or 30 years in IT, and over 20 in IT Security. During that time I have either performed phone screens on prospective candidates, or been the hiring manager, as I am in my current capacity. I have reviewed hundreds of resumes and developed a keen eye as to what can make or break a a candidate's chances of scoring that first interview.

How do I pick a time?
After checkout you pick a slot from Mark's live availability, and it's confirmed on the spot.
How does the session take place?
Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.
What if my mentor doesn't show up?
You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.
How do refunds work?
