Your mentor

Chad was the co-founder of 1Form, an online tenancy application platform, and grew it to have more than 90% market share in Australia before exiting to ASX listed REA Group in 2014.

He then co-founded Fillr, partnering with some of the largest FinTech companies globally, including Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and Zip, before exiting to Rakuten Inc. in 2020.

Chad went on to become a founding partner at Inhouse Ventures, a marketplace that connects founders with capital, which sold to ASX listed Scalare Partners in 2025.

He is now an active angel investor, startup advisor and founder mentor, having invested in over 100 startups.

Chad is strong in commercial strategy and operations, but given his time in startup world, would be considered a generalist, having performed many different roles as needed over the years.
