Hi, I’m Ayushi. I’m a Senior Engineering Manager at Instacart and previously worked at companies like DoorDash and Microsoft. Over the years I’ve benefited a lot from mentors who helped me navigate career decisions, leadership challenges, and transitions in my own career.

Mentorship has always been something I care deeply about. I’ve mentored engineers and managers throughout my career, whether it was helping someone prepare for interviews, think through system design problems, or navigate the transition into leadership roles.

What motivates me most is helping people gain clarity and confidence in their careers. Sometimes the hardest part is not the technical problem, it’s figuring out the right next step or how to position yourself for the opportunities you want.
