Tiziana is absolutely amazing mentor. I worked with her for a short while because I needed just a small assistance with starting a project. Tiziana is a great mentor. I was looking for specific career related coaching and Tiziana approach was both psychological and practical. She listened carefully, asked the right questions and gave a well-balanced perspective. Tizzi and I have been working together now for 6 months, with more sessions planned. She's an incredible, thoughtful and empathic coach, and a great listener who balances structure with flexibility intuitively during our calls. Conversations are always dynamic, and we cover a lot of ground during our 1-hour sessions: diving in on the details, and zooming out again to see the bigger picture to get clarity on feelings and goals.
