With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, including leadership roles at Amazon, Intel, and other major tech companies, I’ve been deeply involved in hiring, conducting interviews, and building high-performing teams. I’ve personally evaluated hundreds of candidates and led numerous interviews for positions ranging from entry-level engineers to senior leadership roles. This extensive experience has provided me with a deep understanding of what top companies are looking for and how candidates can effectively showcase their strengths.

How do I pick a time?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?
