This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. As a senior software engineer at Microsoft and having done dozens of SWE interviews for both Microsoft and Amazon, I truly believe the best way to prepare for anything is to do exactly what it is you're preparing for, and this session will do that! I will also make sure to provide actionable feedback and show you what exactly your feedback packet looks like to the hiring committee, so you can re-tune your performance for the better at the real one.
