As a hiring manager with over a decade of experience building and leading high-performing teams across startups and scale-ups, I’ve conducted hundreds of interviews for roles ranging from entry-level to executive. My approach focuses on helping you show your best self in a realistic, structured interview environment — including the kinds of behavioral and situational questions you’re most likely to encounter.
