This MentorCruise session is designed to help you prepare for upcoming interviews in a practical, personalized way, whether you are early in your career, making a transition, or aiming for a more competitive role.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to sharpen your story, improve your answers, and get ready for the questions that matter most. Together, you can practice mock interviews, refine how you talk about your background, prepare for technical or behavioral rounds, and identify the areas that need the most work. The goal is to help you walk into the interview feeling more prepared, more polished, and more confident in your ability to stand out.

I conduct realistic mock interviews for tech, product, and leadership roles, including CTO, senior engineer, product lead, and AI-focused positions. Drawing on my experience as a founder, CTO, and hiring lead, I simulate real interview conditions and decision-making perspectives from both startup and scale-up environments.
The session focuses on clarity of communication, structured thinking, technical and strategic depth, and confident positioning of your experience. You will receive direct, actionable feedback on answers, framing, and areas to improve—especially where candidates undersell impact or overcomplicate explanations.
Sessions are typically held on weekdays (Wednesdays) and are flexible within European business hours.
