Interview Preparation with Tiziana

Our mentorship journey with Tiziana lasts for 2 months already and I volunteered to share the feedback as the the outcomes have exceeded all the expectations. Tiziana is able to create a safe and caring environment letting you feel listened to. The mentor brings the best practices from Psychology, Coaching and Digital to the mentoring process in order to develop the most efficient and tailor made approach towards the mentee's request, she doesn't follow a standard route and this flexibility allows her to dive deeply into the mentee's needs and to guide you successfully through the tough and complicated challenges. Along with the outstanding listening skills Tiziana shows great empathy and emotional intelligence skills ensuring the mentee's goal being persuaded in a comfortable and rapid tempo. Absolutely recommended for those ones who is looking for any kind of support in the process of creating a career and/or self-realization plan.

Tizzi and I have been working together now for 6 months, with more sessions planned. She's an incredible, thoughtful and empathic coach, and a great listener who balances structure with flexibility intuitively during our calls. Conversations are always dynamic, and we cover a lot of ground during our 1-hour sessions: diving in on the details, and zooming out again to see the bigger picture to get clarity on feelings and goals.

Tiziana is an excellent listener with the rare ability to find the right question to tease out what is really relevant from all the distractions. Her holistic approach balances the professional, emotional, and spiritual. Keeps me making progress on the themes that I am truly after.
