This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.
