Your mentor

As CTO at Inntelo AI, I own architecture, security and delivery for an AI agent platform running in 26 hotels across nine countries. Before that, I led engineering at END. Clothing, Marks & Spencer, Charlotte Tilbury and Lloyds Banking Group: functions of up to 45 people run through managers, replatforms delivered on time, and the teams behind them grown along the way, more than 85 hires and 24 promotions. Most of what I know about leadership came from doing it at pace: hiring 22 people in three months, restructuring a tribe into domain teams, coaching new managers through one-to-ones and feedback, and reporting to boards and investors. I mentor on the move from engineer to lead, lead to manager, and manager to head of engineering or CTO; on promotions and pay reviews; on communicating with executives and boards; and on the engineering itself: architecture, delivery, and lately running teams with AI coding agents and shipping LLM agents to production. Expect direct opinions and specific homework.
