An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.
You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

Over 10+ years I've worn most of the hats on a go-to-market team starting as an Account Manager managing enterprise accounts, moved into Product Management, and today I'm a GTM Leader at Amazon (AWS). Alongside that, I've spent 7+ years as an Amazon interviewer and mentored 50+ people through career transitions, several into top offers at companies like Shopify and Wealthsimple. Because I've lived the pivots from sales to product, product to GTM - I can meet you wherever you are on that path. This intro call is a relaxed conversation to understand where you're headed and figure out if I'm the right person to help you get there. I usually run these on weekday evenings and weekends.
