This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

Chet is a seasoned digital product & tech leader serving on the executive team at Smooth Commerce (previous roles at IBM and The AppLabb) with over 10 years of experience and the launch of 80+ digital products. His specialty is creating strategy and momentum for execution on the development of software products despite legacy systems, budgets, and operational hurdles. From consumer-facing native mobile apps to large scale back-end deployments, Chet, has drawn on his impressive experience to ensure execution is always possible.
