Ive been in design leadership roles for more than 15 years. I've taught classes, written a few books, and toured around doing public speaking conferences. Being a good leader takes time, patience, and a willingness to help people grow.

We'll dive into my Three Pillars of Leadership success and help identify the leadership situations you're facing, understand your strengths, and pinpoint the behaviors or patterns that may be limiting effectiveness. The goal is applied support tied to your actual role, team, and challenges. We'll explore how you communicate, makes decisions, manage others, influences stakeholders, and respond under pressure.
