I've been in senior product and tech leadership for well over 20 years in Amazon, Wolt/DoorDash, and Dassault Systemes. I have experience managing large teams of 400+ people, as well as navigating complicated cross-team collaborations of over 30 teams and several hundred people. I have been a manager of managers since 2006 and have successfully grown and promoted multiple generations of leaders in multiple companies.
