Engineering leadership is about about building high-performing teams, growing people, making sound technical and organizational decisions, and creating an environment where engineers can succeed.
With ~10 years of engineering management, I lead multiple engineering teams and have coached engineers and managers through career transitions, promotions, performance management, organizational change, and scaling technical organizations. I've also hired and developed engineers across a range of levels and worked closely with cross-functional leaders to drive complex initiatives.
In this session, we'll focus on your specific leadership challenges, whether you're preparing for your first management role, growing as an engineering manager or team leader, improving stakeholder management, leading through ambiguity, delegating more effectively, or building stronger teams. My goal is to provide practical, experience-based guidance that you can apply immediately.
