Throughout my leadership career I've hired, coached and developed managers and sellers across globe, supported people through promotions, leadership transitions and complex career decisions, while leading high-performing international organisations in one of the world's leading technology companies.

Today, I combine both worlds.

As a Regional Sales Director at Atlassian, I've led international leaders and sales organisations across multiple countries, helping managers develop high-performing teams, navigate change, grow into larger leadership roles, and consistently deliver results in fast moving environments,

Alongside my corporate career, coaching has been a constant part of my professional life.

More than a decade ago, I trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the world's most respected coaching schools. I later continued my development with Art of Existence, deepening my work in transformational coaching, systems thinking, Gestalt, Jungian psychology, and leadership development.

These experiences have shaped how I coach today. My coaching combines the perspective of an executive leader with the depth of professional coaching. Together, we'll explore not only what to do next, but also how you want to leader make decisions, and build a career that feels both successful and sustainable.
