Rachel is a former product leader at Google. While at Google, she conducted ~110 interviews, across all PM levels from Associate PM to Group PM (L4-L7). Throughout her career, she conducted ~200+ interviews for PM candidates. She has also coached over 10 people in the G-Mentors Program at Google.
She has been working as a product manager since 2010 and is known for launching zero-to-one products that have found commercial success, including Salesforce Experience Cloud and Google Cloud Run. She has extensive experience mentoring PMs for promotion, negotiating for top of the band salaries as well as helping prospective PMs break into the field.
