In just one session, I improved my ability to answer questions using the STAR format. It was important for me to learn how to summarize a situation using STAR in 1-2 minutes. And even though I used cases I had already worked out, there was still room for improvement. The feedback Andrey gave me was constructive and useful on the one hand, and very accurate and polite on the other. In addition to practicing the STAR model, Andrey gave me several other valuable tips and recommendations. I like that he approaches sessions not as a task, such as “working out answers to behavioral questions,” but rather gets to the core of the situation and helps achieve personal career goals.
