I was also in an echo chamber for so long that I needed someone outside of my normal circle to speak life into me. Before I started this mentorship with Estie, I prayed for something to change and help me with that change. God allowed me to meet Estie and I am so blessed to have had the experience with her as my mentor. Estie did just that. I started mentorship with her in early April and within a month and a half, I was able to get a promotion and raise. She validated me and was able to help me see the potential I always had and also give me practical advice and verbal dialogue I could utilize to navigate interpersonal relationships, set boundaries, and exert more self-advocacy. Estie is a very friendly and easy person to talk to. From my experience, Estie gives practical advice that isn't overly optimistic, but realistic and tangible. She is also good at encouraging and giving helpful small activities that help reframe your mindset and manifest your calling.
