About this session
You've been told you're "almost ready" for a year. Let's find out what's actually in the way.
In 60 minutes we'll:
- Pin down how decision-makers see you today, and where that differs from how you see yourself
- Name the 2 or 3 gaps that are blocking your promotion
- Build a 90-day visibility plan with specific moves, people, and conversations
- Script how you'll open the promotion conversation with your manager
You'll leave with a written action plan, not a pep talk. Best for senior ICs, managers, and directors aiming for the next level.
Your mentor
You're doing the work. Someone else is getting seen for it.
I'm a COO and executive mentor. I've spent 20+ years building the operational and leadership systems that decide who gets promoted and who gets stuck. I started as a NASDAQ trader and risk manager. Since then I've been Head of Operations through an M&A integration of 8 companies and 2,000 people, a COO, and a Fractional COO and Executive Advisor to 50+ companies and 200+ senior leaders.
Building your career?
You're great at your job, but the promotion keeps going to someone louder. I help you get visible, build leadership presence, and walk into the promotion conversation with a plan. Not luck. A plan.
Building your company?
I've worked with CEOs and founders across every industry. Tell me where you're stuck: hiring, scaling, a leadership team that isn't pulling its weight. I'll give you exact next steps.
Not theory. Not therapy. Practical, direct advice from someone who's sat on the other side of the table.
