Step 1 (offline): You send me a brief summary of your current role, the size/structure of your new company, and your biggest friction points (e.g., getting buy-in, slow velocity, stakeholder management) or fears wrt the next role you are looking into.
Step 2 (offline): I will review your summary and may ask clarifying questions via document comments. (Expect Steps 1 and 2 to take ~5 calendar days and about 15 minutes of async collaboration).
Step 3 (live): A 45-minute live session to dive into your specific challenges. We will build a tactical playbook, outline the essential tools you need, and adapt your PM style to succeed at enterprise scale.

Light vs. Standard — which fits?
Light: A reactive sounding board. You bring the topic, we talk it through live, quick gut-checks, brainstorming, "how would you approach this." Minimal prep on either side; I'm not reviewing documents between calls.
Standard: A working partnership. We both plan the agenda around your goals, and between calls I read and comment directly on your docs, decks, or roadmaps, so live time builds on real work, not just conversation. Includes an *optional* 15-min ad-hoc call each month for anything urgent that can't wait.

How do I pick a time?

How does the session take place?
Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
