Strategic Working Session

I'm Francisco Campos, an entrepreneur and advisor based in Portugal. I work with founders, CEOs and operators who are scaling a business and want an experienced thinking partner for concrete decisions and difficult operating problems.

I was the first hire and later COO at Onport, a B2B SaaS platform that automates operations for multi-vendor ecommerce marketplaces, where I helped grow the business from €100k ARR to €2.5m ARR and around 35 people. Onport was acquired by Farfetch, the global luxury fashion ecommerce platform. My work spanned revenue, operations, finance, people, partnerships, customer success and the systems needed to make growth sustainable.

I later served as SVP Revenue & Operations at Rovo Group, a Portuguese fashion production and sourcing business, with responsibility for revenue, operations, finance and organisational structure. I led more than 40 people and helped triple the revenue run-rate of Assembly, the group’s technology-driven premium merchandising business, in one year.

Today I focus on my own ventures and selective advisory work. I’m also building my own marketplace for buying and selling businesses. I’m most useful when the question sits across functions: how to build an operating rhythm, improve commercial execution, make a financial decision, design a team or clarify priorities as the company grows.

This is not coaching or a programme of generic frameworks. Sessions are for working through real situations, pressure-testing choices and leaving with clearer next steps. I’m a good fit if you’re a founder, CEO or operator with a concrete problem to solve.
