You’ll work with an experienced mentor to map out what to learn, in what order, and how to approach it in a way that fits your life and learning style. Together, you can identify priorities, choose resources, structure your time, and avoid common mistakes like overloading yourself or studying without direction. The goal is to leave with a plan that feels practical, motivating, and easier to stick to.

Hi! I'm Tony Turner. I'm a UX Lead at Progressive Insurance. I've also worked in other verticals such as healthcare, higher ed, financial services and document management doing both research and design.

I am a certified UX Analyst through Human Factors International and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science.

My goal for this is session is to work with you to develop a study plan for a topic you're interested in. I'll create a realistic study plan, featuring milestones and deadlines, on how to reach that goal.
