For this session, it is a good idea to know what you're looking to study, how deep you want to go, and when you want to reach that goal. Based on that, a mentor will come up with a detailed study plan.

I have 7+ years experience reviewing code and pair programming with peers and have a strong track record of growing engineers into their next level as an engineering team leader across multiple organizations.

I was once where you were and taught myself programming from Day 1 (and still do today, there's so much to learn!). I have since assembled a concise list of key resources, learnings and tips that I share to grow my mentees and peers.

I got into my dream job because of Howard. I received mentorship on building in Web3, rust development and overall software engineering. To me it was super helpful to get expert advice throughout my learning journey, especially on topics that online resources couldn't resolve. The pair programming exercises helped me build confidence in confronting difficult coding issues with composure, as I got lots of practice analyzing various errors and drilling down to root causes.
