Our sessions covered all aspects of getting hired: resume revisions, practice interview questions, practical interviewing advice, and mock interviews. Beyond the tactical work, it was genuinely valuable to have someone outside my workplace to talk to about the whole experience. What stood out about David was how prepared he was. He consistently brought existing frameworks to our sessions that gave us a structured way to work through whatever I was tackling. It never felt ad hoc.
