Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

Your mentor

This is one of the most exciting sessions, considering we could have hands-on pair programming or design experience. With my experience in building large scale software systems as well as Machine Learning and AI systems, I believe I can add immense value in reviewing any of your projects or products. This session could be helpful for Engineers in the industry or in School working on their projects in Software, Distributed Databases, Robotics, ML and/or AI. This session is generally also useful for Founders who are venturing into the technical space, and need advice for coding or system design.

Currently, I meet a lot of the companies I advise regularly to do the exact same thing and I believe it adds immense value to the Engineers on their teams as well as to me for learning from them.
