Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

I’m a deep-tech entrepreneur and a leader in AI and growth. My focus is on helping B2B and B2C companies scale by leveraging AI to streamline operations and eliminate friction across the customer journey.
With over 20 years of experience in product and growth management, I’ve served as Head of Growth and Product at global agencies like Publicis Sapient, as well as worked with governments, Fortune 500 companies, enterprises, and startups.
I specialize in go-to-market planning and have extensive experience in both product-led and sales-led growth strategies.
I've been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur and other magazines. I'm also a Forbes Council member and Executive Board Member at FastCompany and, outside of work, an avid MMA enthusiast.
