Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

'I'm doing all this cool stuff, but how do I know if I'm doing it well?'

This question has been my antithesis, and if you're building data architecture in a non-engineering environment, you're operating in a vacuum with no feedback on your output. I can totally be that feedback for you on your personal work - let me know your comfort level and point me to a codebase or analysis you're looking to improve. I can tailor my feedback based on what works for you, and hopefully provide some of the external validation a self starter can't access when they're the most technical person in the room. I've been there too.
