Work Review with

Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

This session is ideal for designers who want focused feedback on active project work, design challenges, stakeholder situations, career decisions, or general product design questions.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across a wide range of domains including healthcare, fintech, AI, productivity, and both B2B and consumer products. I’ve also operated across very different team environments—from being a design team of one to working within large, highly specialized orgs at Microsoft.

Along the way, I’ve often worked at the intersection of product design, UX, visual design, systems thinking, content, and research, adapting my role depending on what the team and product needed most.

Because of that range, there’s a good chance I’ve seen—or closely worked through—the kinds of challenges you’re navigating, whether it’s product ambiguity, stakeholder alignment, or execution at scale.
