MentorCruise is a self-service platform that allows you to find and book a mentor yourself. You can browse our mentor list, filter by coaching skills and book a mentor directly. This option stands open to you as well, if you wish for a quicker and more affordable option to receive executive coaching.
Most teams launch within 1–2 weeks after goal mapping. If you’re ready to move faster, we can often match and begin within a few business days.
Yes. Coaching is delivered virtually or in‑person, tailored to your cadence. We work across time zones and formats for distributed leadership teams.
All our coaches have over 100 hours of prior formal mentoring experiences and come with a wide ranges of reviews, references and recommendations. As such, most of our coaches don't carry any further certifications. Per your request, we can limit our search to coaches certified under the ICF or can ask coaches to pursue an ICF certification.
The duration of executive coaching depends on the goals you want to achieve. We recommend a minimum of 3 months to see results. Most of our clients work with their coaches for 6-12 months.
