As a self-taught software engineer and former Amazonian, I can relate to how important a mentor is to developing as an engineer. Dylan provided great advices on improving my Github, LinkedIn and resume. However, I expected mentorship to be more practical but I felt the mentorship was more hands off and just offered suggestions on varying resources. Also had couple issues with starting our one on ones on time. All in all, Dylan was really responsive.
