Mariana was responsive, professional and encouraging. I always enjoyed speaking with her, but that didn't actually provide me the level of guidance and services I needed for a job search. We had a working relationship for many months- but did minimal resume revision/re-writing, only one practice interview, and no real skill building. There wasn't a clearly set, tactical process. And when things clearly weren't working- I don't feel like I received proactive guidance on how to change them, adjust the strategy, and move forward.
