Sometimes you want a coach who will give you direction and honest answers, and Mariana is exactly that. I went to her when I was a bit lost and wanted direction in my job search. She cares, digs in, gives you her thoughts (but with enough flexibility, because she tries to really understand your situation). She also understands how your career fits into the big picture of your life.
