Sometimes you want a coach who will give you direction and honest answers, and Mariana is exactly that. I went to her when I was a bit lost and wanted direction in my job search. She cares, digs in, gives you her thoughts (but with enough flexibility, because she tries to really understand your situation). She also understands how your career fits into the big picture of your life. Mariana has been a great coach for me, not just listening and offering sound and solid advice, but also generously offering to connect me with various folks, and inspiring me to follow our plan with courage and consistency.
