With 20+ years in entrepreneurship, I’ve built, led, and transformed startups across fintech, edtech and mobility. I founded Eskolare, an education fintech helping 1 million+ families, over 3,000 schools, hundreds of suppliers achieve financial efficiency.
I was also an investor and key executive at Gringo, Brazil’s #1 platform for drivers, with 20+ million users nationwide, where I led M&A, Product, and served as General Manager for two Business Units. In 2025, Gringo was acquired by Corpay (US-based company) for US$180 million, marking a milestone in its trajectory.
For the past 9 years, I’ve been an active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)—a global network of 18,000+ entrepreneurs across 76 countries, dedicated to fostering growth, learning, and leadership. Through EO, I actively share insights, mentor peers, and engage in high-level exchanges with founders scaling impactful businesses worldwide.

Victor has been an important foundation to the success and evolution I've had as a first-time founder and CTO, a dynamic I was unfamiliar with back then. Our experiences relate a lot, as Victor also started in leadership/responsibility positions since a very young age. It's almost like seeing an "older me" in front of my screen. Since the two years we've been working together, we touched on a variety of different subjects, from leadership to technical, from networking to personal improvement. Victor's approach to mentorship is interesting, in the sense that he tries to relate everything to his personal experience (even the craziest things I come up with), which makes the entire experience easier to digest and actionable. Also, as my company evolves in terms of new hires, fundraises and logistical/technical challenges, Victor is always able to help. Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience and I can't recommend Victor enough.
