Victor has been an important foundation to the success and evolution I've had as a first-time founder and CTO, a dynamic I was unfamiliar with back then. Our experiences relate a lot, as Victor also started in leadership/responsibility positions since a very young age. It's almost like seeing an "older me" in front of my screen.
