👩🏻💻 Throughout my 20 year career, I have worked through hundreds of strategic decisions, negotiations, brainstorm sessions, design and development plans and, most probably, thousands of set backs and moments of doubt.
What helped me is my passion for performance psychology, that taught me to consider what's in front of me, create a logical framework, test and evaluate, and move forward with confidence.
I have grown my previous fintech startup by 500%, developed the breakthrough GTM strategy for it with new product offerings and channel sales that became a game changer for us. Now I am doing it all again starting from scratch with a behavioural health start up I founded last year.
Over the past few years, I have consulted dozens of founders, product leaders, CMOs, and sales executives and I sit on several advisory boards. My speciality is helping them align their product strategy and GTM, and also their personal goals and ambitions.
I started my career as a product manger, and grew to become a growth leader, managing product strategy, GTM, strategic partnerships and big marketing and BI teams.
