Hi, I'm Aggelos Mouzakitis. Here's what you need to know:
1. I'm a licensed psychotherapist and a growth/product leader with 18 years in tech. Product & Growth is my career. Helping people is my calling.
2. I do two things. I work with senior tech professionals navigating self-doubt, leadership anxiety, identity shifts and career crossroads. I also mentor growth and product leads at SaaS companies who need a senior thinking partner for the work they're doing every day.
3. I've been a founder twice, a top-tier consultant, an agency owner. I've worked with 50+ startups, trained 500+ people, and spent time in corporate environments. I understand the pressure of owning growth at a company, and I understand what it does to you as a person.
4. I'm not dogmatic about therapy vs. coaching vs. strategy. Sometimes you need to understand your patterns before you make a career move. Sometimes you need someone who's seen how 50 growth teams operate to tell you what you're missing. I offer whatever the situation actually needs.
5. My approach is actionable, but I don't believe in rushing to decisions before understanding the motives, causes, and patterns underneath. I find this more sustainable and effective.
