About
Most people book me because there is a professional decision they have been circling for too long.
They are considering leaving a role, going independent, changing direction, dealing with a difficult manager, questioning an offer or trying to work out why something that should be straightforward has become unusually difficult.
I spent 18+ years in product and growth, including seven years running my own consultancy and working with more than 100 technology companies. I also trained as an integrative psychotherapist and am registered with BACP.
On GrowthMentor, the work stays focused on the professional question. My psychotherapy training is useful because strategy is not always the missing piece.
