About
👋 Hi! I’m Alana, a Product Designer with over 8 years of experience. I am an experienced mentor working with early to mid-career designers, founders, entrepreneurs and students.
The job market is tough, but together we’re tougher! I’ve helped mentees succeed in big tech, agencies, and startups. Whether you're job hunting, switching careers (been there!) or looking for overall career development, I offer more than just a sounding board. I can bring real-world insights, tangible resources, and actionable feedback to help you move forward with confidence.
As long as you are ready to laugh a little along the way, I can help you build the skills to take your career to the next level, let's chat! 🚀

You meet within days. Alana reviews your application and books your first session, usually within a day or two.
You leave with a plan. Concrete next steps and a weekly rhythm from your very first week.
