Senior UX Researcher | Strategic Storyteller | Ex-Flutter
Hi! I'm a Senior UX Researcher with over 7 years' experience, working in both agencies and in-house. I've worked as part of multi-disciplinary teams on research projects that have impacted key product decisions for brands such as Sky Bet, Paddy Power and Betfair. I use a mixed-methods approach that balances rigour with speed and am adept at combining business priorities with user needs.
I am passionate about mentoring junior and midweight UX researchers, and also designers looking to improve their UX research skills. I can assist with any of the following:
- How to understand stakeholder research requests and priorities
- Defining research questions & creating research plans
- Choosing the right methodology for your research study (interviews, usability testing, surveys etc)
