Got an offer for Staff Engineer role in one of the major AI companies thanks to Andrey's amazing mock sessions. I've been preparing to behaviour interviews by myself, but thanks to just two mock interviews and feedback from Andrey I was able to get much deeper understanding of the format ,my strong and weak areas and what practically I can do to get better at interviews. Feedback was super actionable, tailored to my situation and clearly communicated. I feel I got a lot from each of the sessions, both for interview preparation and even for career in general. Can't recommend Andrey high enough, and really appreciate his help.

Andrey helped me prepare for the behavioral part of the interview at a TIER1 company. In just one session, I improved my ability to answer questions using the STAR format. It was important for me to learn how to summarize a situation using STAR in 1-2 minutes. And even though I used cases I had already worked out, there was still room for improvement. The feedback Andrey gave me was constructive and useful on the one hand, and very accurate and polite on the other. In addition to practicing the STAR model, Andrey gave me several other valuable tips and recommendations. I like that he approaches sessions not as a task, such as “working out answers to behavioral questions,” but rather gets to the core of the situation and helps achieve personal career goals. As a result of the interview that Andrey prepared me for, I received good feedback, specifically on the behavioral part. Moreover, I used the skills and knowledge I gained in subsequent interviews. I can confidently recommend Andrey!
