Hi there 👋
My name is Angelica.
I am a digital product manager and I specialize in MVP development for web and mobile applications for startups and SaaS products.
As Product Manager, I am responsible for leading the product lifecycle and the product team. My main responsibilities are defining product strategy, market and user research, working with a designer on UI/UX, and leading developers and QA engineers. Product MVP releases, and versioning control.
All my projects were running on Agile (mainly Scrum, and Kanban for smaller projects). Currently, I am also looking into the ISPMA framework to expand my list of methodologies.
As a mentor, my strongest side is to advise on a career to become a PM change, securing a job in IT, reviewing your CV, and preparing for the interview. Everything you need to know about Product management, prioritization, and management technics.
