I’m a software engineer specialized in AI, working with GenAI, NLP, and AI Agents (LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK), MCP and RAG. I’ve got 3 years of academic background and 10+ years of industry experience as a tech manager and AI Engineer, rolling out custom AI strategies for clients around the world. Currently I'm the Head of AI for a company based in the US.

Over the past few years, I’ve mentored both technical professionals who want to deepen their AI expertise and non-technical people looking to understand and apply AI confidently in their work or business. My goal is always to make AI feel practical, not intimidating.

It’s also worth noting that AI mentoring and AI consulting are very different:
1. Consulting is hands-on, I build, fix, or optimize your AI systems directly (that's basically my day job).
2. Mentoring is collaborative. I guide you to learn how to do it yourself, so you can become fully independent in the long run.

I don’t promote consulting during mentoring, this space is meant to be safe, supportive, and focused entirely on your growth. But if you ever decide you’d like to switch to a consulting engagement, that’s always an open conversation.

As a mentor, I can help you:

2. Connect your passions to real income opportunities (I make around 2k/month in passive income with AI)
3. Navigate your (tech) career and professional growth (identify the right AI job title & skills)
4. Design a strong portfolio and personal brand (capstone or guided projects)
5. Prepare for interviews and salary negotiations
6. Tackle challenging situations at work (e.g. how to successfully get budget approval from upper management for you AI POCs, how to get approval to attend an AI conference, etc.)
