About

Hi there! I'm Anton 👋 I'm a technical leader with 15+ years of software engineering experience in a range of companies (from startups to big tech like NVIDIA, Twitter, Uber, Fitbit) and roles.

I focus on helping with career growth and mastering leadership skills.

Many times people hit a ceiling in their career and either get stuck or plateau in their progress for long periods of time. It regularly boils down to not knowing where to go next or what to do next.

I've been into this myself, hitting career challenges and having to make hard choices multiple times. With this experience, I realized how important it is to share it and help others navigate this relatively new landscape of software engineering.

At the early stages of a career, getting its growth back on track and into control requires help with technical direction and advice. Over time, growing into more senior roles eventually brings one to a need to master leadership skills.

I personally had a chance to help software engineers at either of these stages and challenges. I have mentored almost two dozen software engineers throughout my career, most recently 10 within my last company, both within official corporate mentorship programs as well as outside of it.

I look forward to helping you find your next step and ways to grow.

What mentees say

5 out of 5 stars

Anton helped me with understanding of how bureaucracy works in US and Canada. It's clear now of how to move forward and what should I avoid and how to accomplish my goals. Effective communication and personal approach, I can recomend. Definitely will continue when technical growth will be a priority.

I started seeking mentorship because I was searching for Senior IC roles. Anton and I started off talking about my experience and what I've done through my career. This allowed us to dive into details about what my shortcomings might be, which allowed us to narrow down what I'll need to focus on while I look for these roles. I know that he's very knowledgeable because some of our topics got granular, and the conversation kept rolling on as normal. I highly recommend him!
