Hello! :) I'm Ash and I started my career in software engineering before transitioning into product management without an MBA or a traditional business background. Since then, I have worked across large unicorn businesses (Upgrad), early-stage startups (Sofy.AI) and regulated fintech environments (Flagstone)

At upGrad, I worked on consumer products serving 10 million+ of users. I later joined very early stage, seed funded startup Sofy.AI in Seattle as their Founding Product Manager, where I worked directly with the founders to build + launch new products from the ground up in USA. I currently work as a Lead Product Manager at Flagstone in London, where I lead complex fintech, platform, data and AI initiatives.

These experiences have given me exposure to almost every stage of the product lifecycle, including identifying customer problems, validating ideas, defining product strategy, launching new products, working with highly technical teams and managing B2B stakeholders.
