Throughout my career, I’ve trained and coached Scrum Masters, Product Owners, stakeholders, and diverse teams in fostering an agile mindset and executing various frameworks. My expertise spans multiple agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, and Scrumban, along with traditional project models like Waterfall and Iterative approaches.

I’ve personally guided over 20 individuals in transitioning to roles like Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, or in achieving their next career milestone. As a passionate Agilist, I believe in continuous learning and improvement at every stage.
