They learn by actively provisioning cloud-native platforms across various cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, as well as managed Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, etc.). We adhere to DevOps and SRE principles such as IaC, Git, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, observability, SLOs, tracing, and microservices, and we collaborate using Git (GitHub), code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming.
