With over 12 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where innovation and impact intersect. As the CTO and Co-Founder of nilo, a mental health startup, I’ve spent the last 5+ years leading our technical efforts to build scalable solutions that improve mental well-being. I specialise in backend architecture, web development, and infrastructure, always staying hands-on to ensure I can provide the best guidance for my team and the right vision for our product.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am deeply passionate about mentorship and team growth. I believe that empowering others to reach their full potential is one of the most impactful roles I can play. Over the years, I’ve mentored engineers and helped teams build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. I’m driven by the idea of helping others discover their strengths, supporting them through challenges, and creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best work and to be continuously improving and growing.

In addition to this, I am committed to empowering women in tech. I actively support initiatives that encourage diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for women in technology. Whether through mentoring, hiring strategies, or sharing my story, experience and knowledge, I’m dedicated to making the tech industry a more inclusive space for all.
